The fire in you
is not an accident.
Build from it.

Something in you has been building longer than you've been ready. Your faith is making you respond — not with words, but with a business. The thing you needed and couldn't find. Built wide enough for the next woman to walk through without the fight.

My story

Two storefronts. One framework.
Now multiplied worldwide.

After working in high fashion as a photographer and volunteering in aftercare centers, Nikkie kept witnessing the same thing: women who had gone through something hard — leaving trafficking, leaving bad situations, leaving addiction — had no exit ramp. No clear pathway toward healing and economic independence at the same time. The programs ended. The support stopped. And women got stuck.

She couldn't look away. So she built the thing that didn't exist.

Nikkie built and operated two storefronts — training women in aftercare programs to build their own brands, create income, and restore dignity through their own hands. The framework worked. The revenue was real. The impact was measurable.

But something kept growing. The women she trained didn't just need a product. They needed proof that they were capable — a framework that could multiply past one city, one program, one storefront.

So she took the framework further. Now Nikkie travels to the Middle East — working alongside artisans and women in conflict zones and war-affected communities. Proving that economic independence is a healing pathway everywhere the fire won't go out.

“Two storefronts. One framework. Now multiplied across conflict zones, aftercare programs, and living rooms worldwide. The context changes. The framework doesn't.”

Is this for you

She has a fire.
She has skills.
She has no map.

Not a generic business course. Something built for the woman who went through hard things — or witnessed them — and can't look away from the problem she knows she's built to solve.

I.

Something grieves you and won't let go.

A problem. A gap. A community that has no one in their corner. Whether it came from what you overcame personally or what you've witnessed — it won't leave you alone. That's not a feeling. That's a calling.

II.

You have hard-won skills that apply.

From lived experience or years of work — you've built something real. Resourcefulness. Empathy. Deep knowledge of a problem most people only read about. These are not soft skills. They are your competitive advantage.

III.

You want to build something that outlasts you.

Not just a side hustle. A framework. Something that creates sustainable impact — and that another woman can pick up and multiply after you. That's kingdom business thinking.

IV.

Your faith shapes how you build.

You don't separate conviction from commerce. You know that kingdom entrepreneurship charges with faith, stewards with discipline, and multiplies with intention. That's the framework this is built on.

“Build the thing you needed and couldn't find. Then prop the door open for the next woman.”
The framework

5 steps.
No shortcuts.

Built from the field — not from a classroom. Tested in aftercare programs, conflict zones, and living rooms across two continents.

01
Identify
Name the Problem
The specific problem your fire and skills equipped you to solve. Not the trending cause. The one you cannot look away from.
That's your business.
02
Position
Own the Specific
Specificity is your authority. You're not a generic coach — you're the person built for this exact problem. Generalists get lost.
Own it.
03
Build First
Revenue Before Brand
One offer. One audience. One transformation. Sell it before you brand it. Money validates the model before you scale it.
Never skip this.
04
Measure
Impact Has Numbers
Feeling is not a metric. Count what changes — people served, income generated, community shifted. Count it or it doesn't scale.
Count it.
05
Multiply
Teach Everything
Once it works, teach it. One woman's blueprint becomes a community's infrastructure. The mission multiplies when the framework does.
Prop the door open.

This framework works in aftercare programs, refugee communities, conflict zones, and living rooms. The context changes. The framework doesn't. Because it's built on one constant: everything you overcame equipped you for this.

Questions she always asks.

I didn't go through something traumatic. Can I still build a social impact business? +
Yes. The framework is built for two kinds of women — the woman who overcame something hard and wants to build from it, and the woman who witnessed something hard and can't look away from it. Both are valid. Both are powerful. What qualifies you is not your story. It's your conviction. If something grieves you and you have skills that apply — you have a business.
I've been sitting on this idea for a long time. What's actually different about this course? +
Most business courses were built for women who start from stability — a savings account, a LinkedIn network, an existing audience. This framework was built from the field: aftercare programs, conflict zones, and living rooms where women had none of those things and still built something real. The difference is not the information. It's the structure — and the fact that it was tested in the hardest possible conditions before it was packaged into a course.
What do I actually walk away with after the course? +
A positioned social impact offer — who it's for, what it solves, what it costs, and how to deliver it. A clear first client strategy. A 90-day action plan. And one private 1:1 session with Nikkie to map your specific idea before you launch. You don't walk away with inspiration. You walk away with a real offer, built from your real conviction, ready to take to a real person.
What is The Room and why is it free? +
The Room is the community for women building social impact businesses — monthly live coaching calls, weekly framework drops, Friday accountability threads, and a space where the women who get it find each other. It's free because the mission multiplies fastest when the community is accessible. The course is where you build the offer. The Room is where you don't build alone.
Is $397 worth it if I'm just starting out? +
The question isn't whether $397 is affordable. The question is what it costs you to stay stuck for another year — sitting on a calling, knowing there's a woman who needs what you're carrying, and not doing anything about it. The framework gets you to first revenue. Most women find their first client — at $200 to $500 — within 30 days of completing the course. The course pays for itself in one sale. And if it doesn't — I personally review your offer with you. Zero risk.
What if I start and realize this isn't for me? +
Complete the full framework and leave without a positioned offer — I personally review it with you at no additional cost. That's the guarantee. Not a refund, because information doesn't un-download. But a commitment: if you do the work and it doesn't produce clarity, I show up again until it does. The only way this doesn't work is if you don't finish it.
The invitation

You were built
for impact.

The woman whose problem you are meant to solve is already out there — waiting for someone with your specific skills, your specific fire, your specific conviction. You are that person. The framework exists. The community exists. The door is open. What's missing is your yes.
